A Hong Kong practice built around one discipline: checking whether expense claims follow the policy already on the books.
Why we exist
Expense policies gather dust while claim habits evolve — new ride-hailing receipts, hybrid work home-office claims, client entertainment that sits just under dual-approval limits. Cloudapi Pro was formed to give finance leaders an independent sample of that gap without waiting for the year-end external audit.
We work from One International Finance Centre in Central and meet clients across Hong Kong Island and Kowloon. Our reviews are practical: clause references, HKD exposure estimates, and clear exception lists.
Working approach
- Policy first. We test against the document you designate, not against industry folklore.
- Sample with purpose. Dense coverage on known pressure points; lighter coverage where controls already look stable.
- Findings you can assign. Each exception names the claim, the clause, and the gap — so remediation has an owner.

Values in practice
We decline engagements where management wants a clean report more than an accurate sample. Mild findings are still findings. We also decline continuous “monitoring retainers” that would blur independence on the next compliance check.
